* Cost per appartement and night for 2 persons for a minimum stay of 5 nights.
For shorter stays (minimum stay: 3 nights) we charge a supplement of 10%.
The tourist tax is added to the basic price. The charge will be 1,35 € per person and day (starting from the age of 14) and has to be paid right away on the farm.
Booking information:
Bookings are only valid following confirmation of payment of your deposit (25% of the price): this deposit will not be refunded should the booking be cancelled.
Cancellation conditions:
The balance to be paid may be made in cash up to a maximum of 1999 euros, via bank transfer or at our local POS-terminal. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the total amount for the booked stay will be charged.

- from 30 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total will be charged.
- fewer than 14 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show: 80% of the total will be charged

The recreation room:
The recreation room / dining room is situated on the ground floor, and can be accessed at all times with your apartment key. Here you can also find information about hikes, the sights, bike tours and restaurants. The W-LAN is also available here and is free of charge for guests. We will issue you with a password.

Fruit, vegetables, herbs
There is plenty of fruit around the farm. Cherries, apricots, peaches, nuts and of course, apples. However it is not permitted to pick fruit without asking. We provide fruit in the entrance area and in the recreation room, depending on availability. Vegetables and herbs grow in our garden. Should you need anything – we are pleased to be of assistance.
Breakfast:
We gladly prepare a breakfast buffet in our recreation room for you upon request. Breakfast is available throughout the year from 8.00am – 10.00am.
Choose from a large range of different products, including coffee, tea, milk, hot chocolate for the children, bread, butter, honey, cold meats, cured bacon, cheese, yoghurt and muesli. Wherever possible we offer products from South Tyrol, including our apple juice and various jams, which we produce ourselves. Depending on the season there are also different fruit, nuts and vegetables to sample from our garden. These can be seasoned with our homemade herbal salt.
In winter you can enjoy our dried fruit.

Arrival and departure:
We kindly ask our guests to leave the apartments nice and clean by 10.00am on the day of departure. On arrival day your apartment will be available from 3.30pm onwards – we ask for understanding should there be a short delay. We will gladly pick up those travelling by bus or train from the station and of course drop them off upon departure.
